Returns

We hope that you love your purchase, like so many of our customers do! If you are not satisfied, please email us at hello@bougiebabies.com within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging including tags. We are able to refund back to the original form of payment, or offer a store credit. We do not offer exchanges.

Please note any shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable. 

Free return labels are available for store credit returns. Otherwise, a pre-paid label is available for a flat rate of $7 - this will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipment. Returns are processed within 1 week of receiving the item. We reserve the right to refuse a return.

Sale, clearance items, and gift cards are FINAL SALE. Items may be restocked or further marked down during sales. Refunds will not be issued for purchases made before a restock or further markdown. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate price adjustments.

Damaged or defective items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. In the event that a product is sold out, we reserve the right to refund the item. Please email hello@bougiebabies.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We are always glad to help.
